Superior Crankshaft has the capacity to constantly update our calculation models which allow us to adjust the dynamics of the crankshaft in terms of the following:

Our engineering services range from extremely complex design solutions to simple optimization of existing designs. Choose your level depending on what your requirements are. We offer the quickest turnaround with reasonable cost.
Materials are selected to suit the design and applications of your crankshaft needs. We offer everything from top level proprietary steels with extensive heat treatments to more affordable solutions. Your performance parameters will dictate what level of material is needed for your application.
Superior Crankshaft is equipped with the highest level of inspection equipment. When coupled with our partners in the material analysis industry, we have everything required to reverse engineer any crankshaft you need us to reproduce.
Manufacturing
With our essentially brand new equipment, Superior Crankshaft has the most modern and advanced infrastructure for manufacturing worldwide. We have developed new manufacturing processes which allow:
- The highest geometrical tolerances which allows you to run less clearance.
- Guaranteed nitriding depth after final machining of a minimum of 0.45 mm. This gives our parts superior fatigue numbers and life that reduces risk up to 40%
